She served in the Air Force from 1985 to 1989 as an Aircraft Electrician, demonstrating discipline and leadership early in her professional journey. Throughout her healthcare career, she has been recognized as Employee of the Quarter at both Charter Care and Bradley Hospital and served three years as President of the local union, United Nurses and Allied Professionals, advocating for the needs of her colleagues and the community.

What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is the meaningful relationships I form with my patients. Building trust and understanding allows me to provide care that is not only effective but also compassionate. Being part of their health journey and supporting them through challenges is deeply rewarding, and it continually inspires me to provide the highest standard of care.
