Lorie Salinas, PhD, MSEd, HSP
Lorie Salinas, PhD, MSEd, LP, HSP, is a Licensed Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based psychological services across federal, private sector, private practice, and educational settings. She is the Owner of Healing Arts Pathways, PLLC, where she delivers virtual, telehealth-based psychotherapy to adult individuals and couples throughout Texas, including military members and veterans. Dr. Salinas’ work is grounded in trauma-informed, integrative, and empirically supported approaches that honor the unique experiences and complexity of each client.
Dr. Salinas earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counseling Psychology and Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity University. She has a longstanding commitment to education, mentorship, and advancing clinical excellence, having served as adjunct faculty at the University of St. Thomas and as a Pre-doctoral Instructor at the University of Miami, contributing to the academic training and professional development of emerging mental health professionals.
Clinically, Dr. Salinas specializes in trauma and stress-related conditions, mood and anxiety disorders, relational and intimacy concerns, reproductive and sexual health, grief and loss, and complex life transitions. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes attentive listening, collaborative formulation, and the thoughtful application of empirically and clinically driven interventions tailored to each client’s values and goals.
