Lori McNulty, M.S., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Inner Peace Counseling & Wellness, LLC, a thriving small-group practice in which she leads several therapists on staff. With over 26 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Lori has worked with clients ranging from children to adults, helping them navigate challenges related to trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, relationship and family issues, and grief and loss. Her approach is grounded in honesty and transparency, fostering trust and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. Lori is trained in EMDR and emphasizes the importance of integrating healthy habits and self-awareness into daily life to sustain mental health beyond medication. She is passionate about teaching clients practical strategies to improve their overall quality of life while addressing the underlying emotional and psychological challenges that impact well-being. Lori earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and her Master’s degree from Carlow University. She is an active member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and takes pride in having founded and sustained her own practice. What I enjoy most about practicing therapy is helping others improve their quality of life. Being able to support clients in overcoming challenges, building self-awareness, and creating healthier habits is deeply rewarding and motivates me every day.
