Lixy Dieguez is a dedicated Registered Nurse and emerging Family Nurse Practitioner based in Sebring, Florida. With five years of clinical experience, she has developed a strong foundation in critical care and medical-surgical nursing. Currently, she serves as the charge nurse of a Progressive Care Unit at Advent Health, where she leads patient care initiatives and mentors her team while ensuring high-quality outcomes for her patients.

Lixy is completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at West Coast University and is preparing to transition into the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
