Leslie Colgrove is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional based in Winamac, Indiana, with over two decades of experience serving her community. After a distinguished 22-year career in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Leslie recently transitioned into home health care, continuing a strong commitment to improving lives through personalized, client-centered support.

Currently serving at Help At Home Inc., Leslie is certified as both a Home Health Aide and a Home and Community Support Professional (HCSP). In this role, Leslie provides direct care for disabled children and adults, develops individualized daily living plans, assists with shopping and meal preparation, and advocates for clients to ensure they remain engaged in meaningful activities that enhance their overall quality of life.

During an extensive EMS career, Leslie gained experience in high-acuity and traumatic situations, advancing from ambulance transfer services to frontline 911 emergency response.
