LeRae focuses on ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and effective care. LeRae has always been drawn to caregiving, viewing nursing as her true calling. Initially considering a career in special education, she discovered that nursing allowed her to fully utilize her natural compassion and dedication to helping others. Her commitment to patient care and advocacy has shaped her career and professional development. Outside of her professional responsibilities, LeRae enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities, and pursuing hobbies that provide balance and personal fulfillment. Her dedication to holistic well-being enables her to bring empathy, focus, and energy to every patient interaction.

I truly enjoy helping and supporting patients at the long-term care facility. Being able to make a difference in their daily lives and provide comfort, care, and guidance is incredibly rewarding.
