Lauren Travis, LPN

Lauren Travis is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over two decades of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career in home healthcare in 2004 at the age of 18, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Over the years, she expanded her experience by working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from 2014 to 2015, serving in that role for approximately 10 years and gaining extensive hands-on clinical experience before advancing her nursing education.

In 2023, Lauren successfully completed her boards and became a Licensed Practical Nurse, further advancing her professional journey in healthcare. She currently specializes in long-term rehabilitation and geriatrics, where she is dedicated to supporting elderly patients with compassion and expertise. In addition to her clinical work, she earned an Associate’s Degree in General Studies and Arts and Child Care Development from Charles Stormont Community College in 2013 and is currently pursuing her Registered Nurse (RN) degree to continue expanding her skills and scope of practice.

Throughout her 23-year career, Lauren has maintained an unblemished professional record with no citations or disciplinary actions. She is known for her unwavering commitment to quality care, her strong work ethic, and her genuine compassion for those she serves. Lauren attributes her long-standing dedication to nursing to her deep passion for helping others and her belief in providing dignified, empathetic care to every patient she encounters.
