Latashia McLeod, LCSW
Latashia McLeod, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in mental health, behavioral services, and community-based care. She currently serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at UVA Health, where she provides comprehensive support to individuals navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. In addition, she offers therapeutic services at Charlie Health and SonderMind, demonstrating her commitment to accessible, client-centered care across diverse settings.
Prior to her current roles, Latashia held multiple leadership positions at SOAR365, including Director of Camp and Respite, Supervisor of Adult Day Health, and Consumer Counselor. Over more than eight years, she developed and implemented programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinated recreational and community activities, and oversaw staff and program operations. Her work emphasizes holistic support, behavioral interventions, and empowering clients to achieve personal growth and independence.
Latashia earned her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she was active in Phi Alpha Honor Society and Sigma Alpha Pi, serving as Community Service Chairman.
