Lacey Miller, LPN

Lacey Miller, LPN, is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience spanning pediatrics and long-term care. Since becoming licensed in 2013, she has built a strong clinical foundation rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care. She currently works as a floor nurse in a nursing home in Waldron, Arkansas, where she provides essential daily care including medication administration, wound care, resident assessments, and overall clinical support for long-term care residents.

Before transitioning into long-term care, Lacey spent more than 10 years working in pediatrics, where she developed a deep passion for caring for children and supporting families. In that role, she provided well-child checkups, managed sick visits, and administered immunizations in a clinic setting. Her calm demeanor under pressure and ability to provide reassurance in stressful situations made her a trusted caregiver among patients, families, and colleagues alike.

Lacey is currently completing her Associate Degree from Arkansas Tech University, becoming the first in her family to attend college—a milestone she considers one of her greatest personal achievements. She plans to continue her education by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare management, with a long-term goal of returning to pediatrics. Her academic journey reflects her commitment to professional growth and her desire to expand her impact within healthcare.

Throughout her career, Lacey has remained committed to providing compassionate, reliable care across every setting she serves. She is known for her ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations and for her dedication to patient dignity and comfort. Guided by both her experience and personal resilience, she continues to pursue opportunities to grow while remaining deeply committed to improving the lives of her patients and their families.
