Kristine Marie Spangler, PCT

Kristine Marie Spangler, PCT, is a dedicated Patient Care Technician at DaVita Kidney Care, where she has been proudly serving since October 2023. In her role, she supports patients undergoing dialysis with compassion, precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. Known for her steady presence and patient-centered approach, Kristine brings a calm confidence to the clinical environment, ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their treatment journey.

Kristine’s path in healthcare began long before her current position. From 2017 to 2019, she worked as a Home Health Aide, a role she grew into after initially starting as a housekeeper for a client in Perry Hall, Maryland. Her dedication and reliability quickly earned her the opportunity to transition into providing direct personal care, assisting with all activities of daily living seven days a week. This hands-on experience deepened her understanding of patient needs, strengthened her clinical abilities, and affirmed her passion for helping others.

Kristine’s training is rooted in a strong academic foundation. She completed her Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide studies at the Baltimore Academy of Nursing Assistants in 2011 and previously pursued RN coursework at CCBC Essex from 2003 to 2009. Today, she continues to build on those experiences as a compassionate and skilled PCT, committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients she serves.
