Kristina Silverman, MA, OTR/L, is the founder of Kristina Silverman, Occupational Therapy, APC, a practice dedicated to empowering individuals to live independently and safely within their homes. With a focus on aging-in-place, Kristina provides in-home occupational therapy services, comprehensive home safety assessments, fall prevention strategies, and personalized home modification recommendations. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep commitment to improving quality of life through practical, client-centered solutions.

With over 12 years of experience in the field, Kristina has developed specialized expertise in home health, pediatric and orthopedic occupational therapy, and environmental adaptations that support functional independence. She is passionate about helping clients navigate their daily environments with confidence, emphasizing comfort, accessibility, and safety at every step. Her professional journey began after earning her Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, where she also played on the USC Women’s Soccer Team.
