Kristina Seglah, CADC-II, CSAC, CSI-T

Kristina Seglah (She/Her) is the Owner and a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Recovery Counselor at Elephant Pack Recovery LLC, based in Shawano, Wisconsin. With extensive experience in addiction counseling, Kristina has dedicated her career to supporting individuals of all ages in overcoming substance use challenges. Her approach is informed by both her professional background and personal experiences, allowing her to connect deeply with clients and provide compassionate, individualized care.

Kristina’s career spans a variety of roles in behavioral health, including positions as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at LifeStance Health and Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, as well as an AODA Counselor at Menominee County Human Services. She combines her clinical expertise with strong skills in treatment planning, social inclusion, and life skills development, helping clients rebuild their lives one choice at a time. Her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Elephant Pack Recovery alongside her son, further emphasizing her commitment to family-centered, community-driven recovery solutions.

Kristina earned dual Associate degrees in General Studies and Human Services from Rogue Community College, complementing her hands-on experience with a solid academic foundation. She holds certifications including Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II and training in emotional intelligence development, time management, and team leadership. Outside of her professional work, Kristina enjoys nurturing her family relationships and growing Elephant Pack Recovery, combining her personal passions with her dedication to helping others achieve lasting recovery.
