Kristen Fuller, PMHNP-BC

Kristen F. is an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Fuller Psychiatry & Wellness, LLC, as well as a clinician at Yale New Haven Hospital. She specializes in emergency psychiatric services, crisis intervention, and mental health care across the lifespan. Kristen is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, focusing on rapid triage, risk assessment, and de-escalation techniques to support individuals in acute psychiatric crises while ensuring their safety and dignity.

Kristen began her career as a school psychologist, where she discovered a deep passion for supporting adolescents and young adults through mental health challenges. This early experience inspired her to specialize in psychiatric nursing and develop a practice centered on helping transitional-aged youth navigate complex emotional and behavioral concerns. A graduate of Yale School of Nursing with a Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric-Mental Health, Kristen holds multiple certifications and licenses, including her school psychologist credential.
