Kimberlee Lynn White, CNA
Kimberlee Lynn White, CNA is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with nearly seven years of experience in patient care. She currently serves at Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation of Duval in Austin, Texas, where she specializes in geriatric and long-term care. In addition to her extensive work with elderly patients, Kimberlee also has experience caring for pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support, demonstrating both clinical versatility and a compassionate approach across age groups.
Kimberlee’s journey into healthcare was deeply personal and purpose-driven. After caring for her mother for eight years during a serious decline in health, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact that compassionate caregivers can have—both positive and negative. Seeing a lack of empathy in some care settings motivated her to enter the profession following her mother’s passing. Encouraged by her grandson, who affirmed that caregiving was her calling, Kimberlee committed herself to becoming the kind of CNA who leads with heart, dignity, and genuine concern for every patient.
She attributes her success to the inspiration she draws from her mother and her unwavering desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Having worked in multiple locations, including Las Vegas and now Texas, Kimberlee hopes to continue traveling to other states in the future to provide care where it is most needed. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to ensure that every patient is treated with the compassion, respect, and humanity they deserve.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I feel like I make a difference in my patients' lives. What really drives me is genuine compassion and care, not just treating this as a paycheck. After seeing how some nursing homes operated and witnessing CNAs and nurses who had no compassion, it made me want to be different. I genuinely care about my patients, and that's what matters most to me. I want to help people who need someone who truly cares about them and their quality of life.
