Kevin Green, FNP-BC
Kevin Green, FNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner based in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, currently practicing with Park Medical Centers, a division of McLaren Health Care. Serving across nine practices throughout Metro Detroit, he provides comprehensive primary care services, including telehealth, with a clinical focus on obesity medicine. Kevin takes a thorough and evidence-based approach to weight management, prescribing appropriate injectable therapies, addressing diet and nutrition, and conducting detailed laboratory evaluations to rule out underlying endocrine conditions before initiating treatment.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Kevin brings a strong clinical foundation to his role. He has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past two and a half years and previously worked three years as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiovascular, medical, and surgical intensive care units. ECMO-trained and experienced in CRRT, open heart recovery, and LVAD management, he is well-versed in managing high-acuity patients. Earlier in his career, Kevin served approximately ten years as a firefighter and paramedic, further strengthening his ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced medical environments.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University’s Troy campus and completed his Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) through Chamberlain University in 2023. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with anticipated completion in 2027. Passionate about patient advocacy and comprehensive care, Kevin prioritizes thorough clinical assessments over quick fixes and remains committed to improving patient outcomes.
