Q

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

What I enjoy most about nursing is working with kids. I feel like I can relate more and identify with them a little bit more than I do with adults. No matter what's going on or how traumatic a case may be, I just find it easier and better working with them. It makes everything flow. There's something special about being able to connect with children and be there for them during their developmental years, especially when they're dealing with disabilities, autism, or developmental delays. Being in the moment with the kiddos is what really drives me.
