Kendra Bradford, LPC MHSP, NCC, MEd is a mental health clinician specializing in traditional counseling, equine therapy, and recreational therapy. She serves as a Therapist at Lantern Lane Farm in Tennessee, where she provides compassionate, evidence based care for adolescents, adults, and families. Her therapeutic practice integrates CBT, DBT, behavior modification techniques, and trauma informed approaches, allowing her to support clients as they strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. In addition to her clinical work at Lantern Lane Farm, Kendra is the owner and founder of Illuminate to Liberate LLC, a practice focused on helping individuals achieve emotional clarity, improved self awareness, and healthier patterns of behavior. Kendra brings a strong educational and professional background in both clinical counseling and education. Her earlier work in Metro Nashville Public Schools as a Graduation Advisor, SEL coach, and classroom teacher enriched her understanding of youth development, family systems, and the emotional needs of diverse learners. She holds two graduate degrees from Trevecca Nazarene University, one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and one in Education. Across all settings, Kendra is known for her warmth, professionalism, and holistic approach that blends academic, emotional, and behavioral support to enhance the lives of the clients and communities she serves.
