Ken Madan, MBA, is an experienced healthcare leader with three decades in pharmaceutical and rare disease management. He currently serves as Associate Director of Rare Diseases at Novartis Oncology, overseeing operations across the West Coast, including California, Nevada, and Hawaii. In this role, he leads a team of seven professionals, collaborates with academic institutions, and supports patients affected by rare genetic conditions through physician education, clinical feedback, and navigating complex reimbursement and patient access challenges.
Ken began his career in pharmaceutical sales and business development, developing expertise in strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, and team leadership.
