Kelsey Samborski, NP

Kelsey Samborski, FNP, is a compassionate and dedicated family nurse practitioner based in Buffalo, New York. She provides in-home care for homebound and geriatric patients through Western New York House Physicians, where she has been serving for six months. Kelsey’s approach emphasizes patient-centered, comfortable, and conversational care, meeting patients in the familiar environment of their own homes to deliver comprehensive and personalized healthcare.

Kelsey began her healthcare journey as a nurse seven years ago, gaining hands-on experience across diverse clinical settings. Her early career coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, presenting unique challenges that helped her develop resilience, adaptability, and a deep sense of empathy for her patients. Recently, she transitioned to her role as a nurse practitioner, bringing the same commitment to excellence and compassion to her advanced practice.
