Q

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

What I value most is the opportunity to be the critical connection between the patient and their care team. My role in administrative medicine allows me to directly influence the patient experience by ensuring that every interaction—from the first phone call to scheduling and billing—is handled with empathy, clarity, and efficiency. I find deep fulfillment in optimizing these operational processes so that the medical providers can focus solely on healing, and the patient can focus entirely on recovery.
