Her career has spanned multiple leadership roles, including Chief Medical Officer at Wexford Hospital and the Clinically Integrated Network of Physician Partners of Western Pennsylvania, where she implemented strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate clinical performance.
Beyond her clinical leadership, Dr. Farah is the Founder of Farah Unscripted LLC, a platform focused on empowering leaders in healthcare and beyond. She also serves as Chief Strategy Implementation Officer at OnePass Medical, where she leverages her medical expertise and entrepreneurial insight to drive organizational growth and innovation. What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is the ability to positively impact people’s lives—helping them become healthier and happier. I find it incredibly rewarding to influence my patients’ well-being and see the tangible difference that compassionate care can make.
