Katie M. Campuzano, MD, is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with over 20 years of dedicated service in women’s health. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Campuzano has spent her career combining clinical excellence with a commitment to patient education, ensuring that women are informed about their reproductive health and overall wellness.

After completing her medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1999, Dr. Campuzano pursued a combined OBGYN residency at University of Connecticut Hartford Hospital from 1999 to 2003. These formative years provided her with comprehensive training in obstetrics, gynecology, and surgical care, laying the foundation for her subsequent career as a clinician and educator.

In 2003, Dr. Campuzano established her private practice in Prescott, Arizona, where she provided full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care for more than two decades. Her practice emphasized patient education, preventive care, fertility counseling, and support for women through all stages of reproductive health. She also integrated advanced surgical and medical procedures, including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and obstetric ultrasound evaluations.

Since January 2025, Dr. Campuzano has transitioned to locum tenens work across Arizona, continuing to serve hospitals and clinics including Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center, and Kingman Regional Medical Center. Her locum work allows her to bring expertise in labor and delivery, antenatal and postpartum care, and gynecologic procedures to a broader patient population while maintaining her focus on patient-centered education and informed decision-making.

Dr. Campuzano attributes her success to her dedication to educating women about their health and reproductive choices, empowering them to make informed decisions about fertility, pregnancy, and overall wellness. Her professional values emphasize access, education, and support, ensuring that every patient she serves receives compassionate, evidence-based care.
