Kasha Bulice, LCSW

Kasha Bulice, LCSW, is a dedicated licensed clinical social worker committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and work toward reaching their full potential. She has been practicing since 2020 and currently provides therapy through NextStep Counseling Services in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Kasha works with a wide range of clients—from young children as young as four years old to adults in their late sixties—offering individualized, client-focused care that encourages open communication and emotional growth.

Kasha earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and Sociology from Arkansas State University. She is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy in the state of Arkansas and frequently incorporates motivational interviewing techniques into her practice. Much of her work focuses on children and families, using interactive, activity-based approaches to help younger clients process emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. She also emphasizes the importance of family involvement, recognizing that parents and caregivers play an essential role in a child’s emotional development and healing process.

In her work with adults, Kasha uses a variety of positive therapeutic approaches, including bibliotherapy and exercises designed to challenge negative core beliefs and thought patterns. She also incorporates creative and expressive methods such as art-based techniques to help clients release frustration and engage with their emotions in a healthy way. Inspired by the belief that it is never too late to heal and experience joy, Kasha strives to help clients of all ages reconnect with themselves, process past experiences, and build a more fulfilling future.
