Kandee Bartholomew, LPN

Kandee Bartholomew, LPN, is a dedicated and compassionate nurse who brings over 15 years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings. Currently with Family First Homecare, she embraces each new opportunity as a chance to grow both personally and professionally, guided by the motto, “New journey, new experiences.” Kandee began her nursing education at North Iowa Area Community College, where she earned her Licensed Practical Nurse credential in 2009.

Throughout her career, Kandee has gained extensive experience in long-term care, the VA Home, psychiatric units, family practice, and cardiology clinics. Her tenure at MercyOne spanned more than nine years, where she worked as a Medical-Surgical Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse. During this time, she not only delivered direct patient care but also provided training for new staff, sharing her expertise to strengthen her team and ensure quality care standards.

Kandee’s professional journey also includes valuable roles with St. Croix Hospice, Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, and Manly Specialty Care, where she served as a charge nurse in long-term care. Her diverse background in hospital, clinical, and home health environments reflects her adaptability and deep commitment to patient-centered care. Kandee continues to approach nursing with empathy, precision, and a passion for helping others through every stage of their health journey.
