Kaitlin Keener, RN

Kaitlin Keener is a dedicated Registered Nurse currently serving as the District Nurse and Health Science Educator for BLOOMBURG ISD in Atlanta, Texas. She has extensive experience in labor and delivery, having worked at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd, Michigan Medicine, McLaren Northern Michigan, and Lea Regional Medical Center, where she developed expertise in high-acuity, fast-paced clinical settings. Kaitlin is skilled in patient care, triaging, and monitoring both maternal and neonatal health, and she has a strong background in supporting diverse populations, including Spanish-speaking communities and patients with limited prenatal care.

Kaitlin earned her Associate Degree in Practical Nursing from Gillette College and completed the LPN to RN Transition program at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana. She holds certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and the S.T.A.B.L.E. program, and she is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the Texas Nurse Association.

Outside of her clinical work, Kaitlin is committed to youth development and leadership, volunteering as a counselor with the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) for nearly two decades. She is known for her compassionate patient care, strong clinical expertise, and dedication to fostering health education within her community.
