Justin Jones, MBA, PhD

Dr. Justin Jones is a nationally recognized healthcare entrepreneur and innovator with over 25 years of experience translating breakthrough science into scalable, market-leading businesses. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Texas State University, an MBA from Post University, and an Honorary Doctorate from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is also an HFMA-certified expert in healthcare finance and compliance. Dr. Jones began his career in commercial leadership roles with companies including Dr Pepper/7-Up, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Enzon, ICOS Biotech, and Cangene Bio before founding his own ventures.

In 2014, he launched Advanced Genomics, later rebranded as Geneus Health, which became one of Texas’s largest genetic testing laboratories. Under his leadership, Geneus patented the Genetic Addiction Risk Score (GARS®) and introduced restoreGen (KB220), the first patented all-natural dopamine agonist approved in the U.S. and EU, followed by SYNAPTA+, a personalized version based on individual genetic outcomes. He later co-founded Kalypso Wellness Centers, pioneering ketamine infusion therapy nationwide, and founded Avagen Pharma, securing global rights to Ristenza® before its sale. In 2025, he launched WLNS (Wellness Longevity Network System), a precision wellness platform integrating DNA, blood biomarkers, and proprietary personalization into the first-ever virtual wellness center.

Dr. Jones is currently the CEO of SecureDX, WLNS, and Avagen Pharma, and leads a portfolio of brands including WellGenx, Velisce, EyeGx, NeuDefense, and Predict IQ. He holds four issued patents and three pending in behavioral genetics related to addiction, PTSD, and reward deficiency, making him a global leader in this field. Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Dr. Jones serves on nonprofit boards such as Driscoll Children’s Hospital Chemo Kids and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and lectures on his co-authored best-selling book, Powerhouse Interviewing Workbook, combining science, business acumen, and a commitment to improving human health.
