Justin Howard is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant at EARC, INC., where he provides essential care and support to adults with special needs. Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, Justin plays a vital role in a DHS house program that empowers residents to live independently in company-owned homes while receiving personalized assistance. His work focuses on enhancing quality of life through hands-on patient care, including support with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and household tasks, as well as encouraging social engagement and community involvement.

With a foundation in caregiving that dates back to 2013, Justin brings over a decade of experience in psychosocial and patient-centered support. He began his journey in California, working in similar care environments before earning his CNA certification to formalize his expertise. At EARC, he has gained experience working with a diverse population, including geriatric patients and individuals with mobility challenges, demonstrating both technical skill and a deep sense of empathy. Currently pursuing a degree in information technology at Grand Canyon University, Justin is committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
