Dr. Julie Messner, DO, is a dedicated pediatrician at Cook Children’s Pediatrics (Windhaven) in Frisco, Texas, guided by a lifelong passion for caring for children. She traces this passion back to her early years, when she ran a “babysitting empire,” and made the decision in sixth grade to pursue pediatrics.
