Jose Zambrano, BBA, PharmD

Jose Zambrano, BBA, PharmD is a dedicated pharmacist currently serving at Parkland Health in Arlington, Texas. Since joining Parkland Health in 2023, he has applied his clinical expertise and strong foundation in business to enhance patient care, medication management, and community health outcomes. Known for his attention to detail and compassionate approach, Jose works to ensure every patient receives safe, effective, and personalized care.

Prior to his current role, Jose gained extensive experience at Brookshire Grocery Company, where he worked as a pharmacist from 2019 to 2023. During this time, he honed his skills in pharmacy operations, patient education, and community engagement. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is able to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, ensuring clear understanding and accessibility of care.

Jose earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from UNT Health Fort Worth in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). He is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with emerging practices in pharmacy and healthcare management. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, which reflects his passion for teamwork, strategy, and personal growth.
