Jocelyn Vera-Jaimes, BSN, RN

Jocelyn Vera-Jaimes is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing–prepared Registered Nurse with six years of experience since 2020. Her career reflects a strong foundation in compassionate, evidence-based care, beginning in obstetrics where she spent approximately 2.5 years at Texas Children's Hospital and St. David’s HealthCare. During this time, she developed expertise in maternal and newborn care within high-acuity settings and strengthened her clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to support patients through complex and meaningful life experiences. She also served as a Clinical Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where she guided OB nursing students through clinical rotations and contributed to the development of future healthcare professionals.

About three years ago, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine, where she has built a well-rounded and advanced skill set in non-surgical cosmetic and wellness treatments. She currently practices at VIO Med Spa in Cedar Park, Texas, where she provides services including Botox, dermal fillers, facial balancing, peptides, women’s wellness, and comprehensive aesthetic consultations. She is known for her conservative and patient-centered approach, focusing on natural, balanced results that enhance rather than change a patient’s appearance. Her practice is guided by a strong commitment to safety, individualized care, and continuous professional development, including advanced training at MERZ Academy in Napa and ongoing education through Galderma.

She earned her BSN from Concordia University Texas in Austin and remains dedicated to lifelong learning and career advancement. Her passion for nursing is deeply personal, shaped by her experience growing up with her deaf sister and supporting her through frequent hospital visits, including her cochlear implant journey. This experience instilled a lasting commitment to compassionate care and advocacy. Driven by a strong family work ethic and personal ambition, she is currently preparing to pursue Nurse Practitioner school next year, with the long-term goal of opening her own aesthetics practice within the next five years.
