Jessica Winslow is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in neuroscience, critical care, and clinical education. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, she has been practicing at Midwest Neuroscience since 2016, where she brings nearly a decade of advanced practice experience to patient care. Jessica earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Research College of Nursing, building on a solid clinical foundation developed early in her nursing career.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jessica spent more than six years as a Registered Nurse at Research Medical Center, providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients. Her experience included frequent patient assessments, bedside procedures, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care. In addition to her clinical work, Jessica has demonstrated a strong commitment to education, serving as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and later as an Assistant Professor at Research College of Nursing, where she supported and mentored future nurses.

Jessica is known for her dedication to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Her dual experience in both practice and education allows her to approach care with a thoughtful, evidence-based perspective while maintaining a deep understanding of patient and family needs. As she continues her journey in neuroscience and advanced practice nursing, Jessica remains committed to delivering compassionate care and contributing to the growth and strength of the nursing profession.
