What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
The practice of being a therapist and a mindfulness coach is about practicing presence. What I enjoy most is witnessing the raw human emotion that surfaces when we pause. People have told me they cry during my videos, or they’ve laughed or sobbed in sessions, because when we finally slow down, we find ourselves. In those moments of pause, layers fall away, and the raw truth of who we are emerges. Sometimes as tears, sometimes as laughter, but always as something real. That is what I love most: helping people access those spaces of truth, even if just for a moment, and watching them rediscover the depth of their own being in that pause.
