She currently serves as Director of Nursing at Surgical Care Affiliates in East Brunswick, New Jersey, where she oversees nursing operations, ensures clinical excellence, and promotes a culture of quality care and staff development. In addition to her leadership roles, Jessica has demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative by founding Ultimate Hydration, a mobile IV vitamin infusion business.
