Jessica Genito is an accomplished healthcare leader and Registered Nurse with extensive experience across hospital and ambulatory surgical settings. She is a graduate of one of New Jersey’s final Diploma Nursing programs, a foundation that shaped her strong clinical discipline and hands-on leadership style. Jessica currently serves as Director of Nursing at Surgical Care Affiliates in East Brunswick, New Jersey, where she oversees nursing operations, ensures clinical excellence, and supports staff development while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Throughout her career, Jessica has held progressive leadership roles in multiple surgery centers, successfully implementing clinical policies, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration. Known as a “working manager,” she leads by example—remaining actively involved in patient care while fostering trust, accountability, and mutual respect among her teams. Her leadership philosophy centers on appreciation, responsibility, and empowering staff to perform at their best.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Jessica brings a strong commitment to holistic and integrative care. She practices as a Transformative Nurse Coach, focusing on self-care, wellness, and personal growth, and holds certifications in Reiki, sound healing, music therapy, and moderate sedation for registered nurses. She is also the founder of Ultimate Hydration, a mobile IV vitamin infusion business that reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to innovative wellness solutions.
