Jennifer O’Toole, MS, LPCC
Jennifer O’Toole, MS, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Riverside, California, with over seven years of experience supporting individuals, families, and first responders through trauma and crisis. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Loma Linda University in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University. Jennifer’s clinical focus spans trauma, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and Christian counseling, enabling her to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to clients across all age groups.
Jennifer’s professional journey began with a deep passion for trauma and crisis work, particularly with police officers and firefighters, a path that aligns with her personal commitment to helping those in high-stress, high-responsibility roles. She currently balances her work supporting first responders with building her private practice, which emphasizes a Christian counseling perspective. Her approach integrates evidence-based interventions with faith-informed guidance, helping clients develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer is dedicated to her faith and community. She volunteers in homeless outreach programs through New Beginnings Community Church in Jurupa Valley and prioritizes spending quality time with her three teenage sons. Her professional and personal commitments reflect her core values of service, compassion, and faith, shaping the supportive and empowering environment she creates for every client she serves.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most is helping individuals and families navigate trauma and crisis, particularly first responders who face high-stress situations daily. I find fulfillment in walking with clients through their toughest moments and seeing them develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal growth.
