Jennifer Abordo, RN, BSN, is a dedicated healthcare professional with 17 years of experience in nursing, currently serving at Caring Nurses Home Health, where she specializes in adult care. Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, she has built a strong reputation in delivering quality home health services that support patients’ comfort, dignity, and recovery in their own homes. Jennifer’s path to nursing was unconventional but deeply purposeful. She originally pursued mechanical engineering and was in the final years of her studies when she realized her true passion lay in working directly with people rather than machines. Choosing to follow her calling, she transitioned into healthcare, a decision driven by her desire to “fix people more than just machines.” She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the International University of Nursing in St. Kitts and Nevis, marking the beginning of her long and fulfilling career in patient care.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has expanded her expertise across various clinical settings, including hospice and triage care. She has served as a Triage Clinical Manager at Nathan Adelson Hospice in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, bringing leadership and clinical expertise to end-of-life care services. With additional professional experience and training, including studies at Universidad del Turabo, she continues to demonstrate versatility and dedication in the nursing field, consistently prioritizing compassionate, high-quality care for every patient she serves.
