Jennell Olivia Bell, CNA

Jennell Olivia Bell is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and EKG Technician with approximately 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career in 2013 as a caregiver and went on to earn her CNA certification in 2015 from Career Academy CNA Training. In December 2020, she expanded her clinical skill set by becoming a certified EKG Technician. Throughout her career, Jennell has worked in both home health and assisted living settings, where she developed a strong reputation for reliability, compassion, and hands-on patient support.

In addition to her direct patient care experience, Jennell has played an important role in training and mentoring new coworkers. She has supported onboarding efforts in her workplaces by guiding new staff, sharing practical knowledge, and helping them adjust to the responsibilities of caring for residents. Her ability to teach and support others reflects both her leadership qualities and her commitment to maintaining high standards of care in every environment she has worked in.

Jennell’s passion for healthcare is deeply rooted in personal experience, inspired by caring for her grandmother during her elderly years. This experience, alongside helping family members provide care, motivated her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others. After taking time away from the field due to a health challenge, she has since recovered and is preparing to return to her CNA work. Jennell remains committed to continuing her healthcare journey, guided by compassion, resilience, and a strong desire to serve patients in need.

Jennell reads both journals and publications. She has had the pleasure of training new fellow co-workers when they came into the facility, teaching them the ropes about the job and about the residents. She is very proud of her certifications as a CNA and EKG Technician, which represent her most significant professional accomplishments to date.
