Jason Azzi, MD

Dr. Jason Azzi is a distinguished Facial Plastic Surgery fellow with the prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Originally from Canada, he earned his medical degree and completed his Head & Neck Surgery residency at the Universities of Ottawa and Manitoba. Dr. Azzi combines refined surgical skill with a robust academic foundation, having published extensively and presented at leading national and international plastic surgery conferences. His research focuses on surgical innovation and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance patient outcomes.

Dedicated exclusively to the face and neck, Dr. Azzi’s practice centers on procedures such as rhinoplasty, lip lift, blepharoplasty, and facelifts, with a focus on achieving natural, balanced results tailored to each patient. He also performs neck lifts, hair restoration, and facial rejuvenation using advanced injectables and energy-based devices. Guided by a philosophy that every face is unique, he blends technical precision with artistic sensitivity to ensure outcomes that enhance, rather than alter, a patient’s natural features.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Azzi welcomes patients for both in-person and virtual consultations at Premier Plastic Surgery in Palo Alto and San Mateo, performing surgeries under the mentorship of Dr. James Newman at reduced rates. His journey from head and neck surgery to facial plastic surgery has been driven by a passion for the intersection of science and artistry. Outside the operating room, Dr. Azzi enjoys running, hiking, skiing and basketball, activities that mirror the discipline and balance he brings to his surgical practice, continually striving to advance the field and optimize patient care.
