Jared Kenyanya, RN, BSN, PHN

Jared is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience spanning clinical nursing, executive leadership, and healthcare administration. He currently serves as a Nurse Executive and CEO, leading initiatives that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational outcomes. Jared’s career is distinguished by his commitment to standards of care, innovative problem-solving, and a focus on delivering impactful healthcare solutions.

He holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration and Management from the University of Virginia, Lynchburg (dissertation in progress), a Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Executive and Administration from Walden University, and multiple undergraduate degrees in Nursing, Chemistry, and Biology. Jared also maintains certifications as an Assistant Living Director, National Nurse Executive, and Emergency Department trained professional. He actively contributes to professional associations including the American Heart Association and the American National Nurse Association.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jared is deeply committed to community service, supporting organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, the Salvation Army, and ADRA (Adventist Relief Agency). He is driven by a desire to bring meaningful change in healthcare, having founded a company during the COVID-19 pandemic that employed over 800 healthcare professionals across Minnesota. Jared’s dedication to service and leadership continues to inspire the next generation, including his son, who is currently pursuing a career in medicine.
