What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most is the actual hands-on face time with my residents. That's especially why I went from med tech back to floor work - because as a med tech, I didn't have that one-on-one time with them. When I went and got my CNA, and I realized I was going to have more face time, more one-on-one time with my people, it was a much better fit for me. That direct connection with the residents I care for is what makes this work meaningful to me.
