Hieu Nguyen, DDS

Dr. Hieu Nguyen is a skilled and compassionate dentist practicing in Katy, Texas, with a focus on patient-centered care. Since earning his Doctorate of Dentistry from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2013, Dr. Nguyen has specialized in wisdom teeth extractions, dental implants, and aligner therapy. He works as part of a dental group dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives thorough, personalized treatment and exceptional care throughout their dental journey.

Dr. Nguyen completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, before earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. During his dental training, he gained extensive hands-on experience with pediatric, geriatric, and special needs patients in the San Antonio community. This diverse exposure provided him with a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care, including root canals, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and restorative procedures.

Inspired to pursue dentistry by a personal experience with a root canal, Dr. Nguyen is passionate about providing the same relief and positive experience to his patients. He and his wife of ten years are raising three children—Roman, Chloe, and Amelia—and enjoy activities such as fishing, crabbing, swimming, biking, and gardening together.
