She currently serves as a Corporate Registered Nurse at Gardensprings, where she applies her expertise in long-term care to support and improve patient outcomes. Prior to her current role, Heather held the position of Director of Nursing in long-term care, where she managed nursing teams, oversaw patient care protocols, and implemented best practices to enhance patient safety and well-being.
