Heath Birilli, ACSW

Heath Birilli, ACSW is an experienced social services practitioner currently serving as an Associate Clinical Social Worker at Teletherapeutics Health, where he provides trauma-informed care and psychotherapy to support clients’ mental health and well-being. With a strong focus on empowering individuals, Heath utilizes his expertise in trauma therapy and crisis intervention to deliver compassionate, client-centered services that foster resilience and promote recovery. In addition to Teletherapeutics Health, Heath also works at Adventist Health, collaborating closely with medical teams to connect patients with essential community resources and provide counseling for home health services. He also held key roles at Redwood Community Services as a Crisis Worker and Redwood Coast Regional Center, as a Community Resource Manager, Team Leader, and Service Coordinator, where he developed extensive experience in community resource management, client advocacy, and individualized care planning. Across these roles, Heath consistently demonstrated a commitment to holistic, person-centered approaches that address both clinical and social needs. Heath holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Humboldt State University. He is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and the National Rural Social Worker Caucus. Outside of his professional work, Heath enjoys reading, journaling, and cooking, reflecting his dedication to personal growth and well-being.
