Hazel G. Boado, ALM, PT is a visionary leader and nonprofit executive with a proven record of driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and equitable community impact. Based in Seattle, Washington, Hazel currently serves as the Director of Aging and Adult Services at the Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS)—an agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander communities. With nearly two decades of experience spanning healthcare, rehabilitation, and nonprofit management, she combines strategic foresight with a deep commitment to service, inclusion, and innovation.
Throughout her career, Hazel has championed initiatives that enhance service quality, optimize systems, and strengthen workforce culture across the healthcare continuum. Her leadership is defined by a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven strategy—resulting in measurable outcomes and lasting organizational growth. Prior to joining ACRS, she held key leadership roles at Providence Mount St. Vincent, where she advanced quality and rehabilitation programs while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into operational frameworks.
