Hadia Usaid

Hadia Usaid, Clinical Psychologist, is a dedicated mental health professional based in Bristow, Virginia, specializing in schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorders, and comprehensive psychological assessments. With extensive experience in both clinical and hospital settings, she provides evidence-based therapy, risk assessments, and psychoeducational programs to support patients and their families. Hadia is committed to improving mental health outcomes through individualized care, early intervention strategies, and collaborative treatment planning.

Hadia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Foundation University Islamabad, where she built a strong foundation in assessment, therapeutic techniques, and research. She has served as a clinical psychologist at CVS Health, delivering long-term individual and group therapy, administering projective assessments like the Rorschach Inkblot Test and MMPI-2, and providing crisis intervention to reduce psychiatric hospitalizations. Prior to that, she worked at PAF Hospital Islamabad, where she conducted hundreds of psychological evaluations, facilitated family and group therapy sessions, and trained interns in ethical and standardized testing protocols.

In addition to her professional practice, Hadia has volunteered as a psychologist with the Air Force Special Needs Institution, supporting children with autism through therapeutic, behavioral, and social interventions.
