Gracie A. Hines, FNP

Gracie A. Hines, MSN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over five years of advanced practice experience and a nursing career that began in 2009. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and has since built a diverse clinical background spanning family medicine, urgent care, home health, and hospice services. Currently, she provides patient-centered care at Quality Family Medical Clinic in Greenville, Mississippi, where she manages acute and chronic conditions while delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Throughout her career, Gracie has held a variety of impactful roles, including serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Delta Health Center, working in urgent care settings, and providing in-home care through hospice and home health services. She also served as Director of Patient Care Services at Bristol Hospice, further strengthening her leadership and healthcare management expertise. In addition to her full-time work, she continues to serve her community part-time at Plan A Health and as a Congregational Health Nurse at her church, where she bridges the gap between clinical care and community wellness.

Gracie is deeply passionate about health education and preventive care, regularly organizing free community health fairs in partnership with local organizations and her church. These events focus on raising awareness around conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and cancer, with a mission to improve health outcomes across underserved populations. Known for her compassionate, faith-driven approach, she is committed to delivering care with grace, love, and empathy while empowering her patients and community to achieve lasting wellness.
