Grace Wolbrink, LCSW
Grace Wolbrink, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Success Coach, and Modern Feng Shui Consultant who helps high-capacity women move from overwhelm to clarity by transforming both their inner world and their physical space. With decades of experience across clinical social work, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care, Grace supports clients in calming anxiety, clearing emotional blocks, strengthening coping skills, and creating environments that support growth, resilience, and purpose.
As the founder of Change Your Space—Change Your Life™, Grace blends psychotherapy, success coaching, and Modern Feng Shui through her proprietary SPACE Method™, helping clients shift what no longer serves them—mentally, emotionally, and environmentally. She works with women who are capable, driven, and quietly carrying too much, guiding them to create spaces that stabilize rather than drain them. Her signature Clutter Chatter™ framework explores the emotional meaning behind what we keep, hide, or avoid, revealing how our homes often communicate long before we have the bandwidth to listen.
Grace’s professional background includes extensive work in telehealth therapy, in-home counseling, medical social work, corrections, military behavioral health, and employee assistance programs. She has conducted psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, trauma response, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination across diverse populations—from seniors and families to corporate teams, incarcerated individuals, and military service members. Her leadership has contributed to improved mental health outcomes, including measurable reductions in suicide risk within correctional settings.
In addition to her clinical and coaching work, Grace is a lifelong storyteller and story coach who believes that the narratives we live—and the spaces we inhabit—shape who we become. Through coaching programs, speaking, and creative storytelling, she invites clients to rewrite the story their environment is telling so they can step fully into the life they are becoming. Grounded, intuitive, and deeply practical, Grace helps clients create lives that feel aligned, possible, and unmistakably their own.
