Gabriela Andrade is a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in in-home and end-of-life caregiving. With over a year and a half of CNA experience, along with several years of prior private caregiving, she has developed a strong foundation in providing personalized, patient-centered care. Gabriela currently works with Heal to Thrive, where she supports individuals on hospice or approaching end-of-life, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life during their most vulnerable moments.

In her role, Gabriela travels throughout Illinois to care for clients in their homes, often staying with individuals for extended periods to provide consistent and attentive support. She plays a key role in onboarding new clients, developing individualized care plans tailored to both their medical and personal needs. Her responsibilities include assisting with mobility, providing personal care, maintaining daily routines, and supporting overall household management. Known for her adaptability, Gabriela customizes her approach to meet each client’s unique preferences, creating a compassionate and structured environment that promotes comfort and trust.

Before entering healthcare, Gabriela worked in customer service within the banking industry, where she developed strong interpersonal and communication skills that now enhance her caregiving approach. Naturally drawn to helping others, she has long supported family members in need, which inspired her transition into healthcare.
