Felicidad Fraser, LCSW, is a private practice clinician and the co-principal at Grace in Balance, PLLC, a group practice she runs alongside a business partner in the Denver metropolitan area. With 14 years of experience as a practicing clinician, Felicidad works primarily with school-age children through adolescents, as well as some preschoolers and adults. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, emphasizing practical, skill-based care that empowers clients to “help themselves.” Her office fosters a calm, patient-centered environment, reflecting her dedication to compassionate, individualized treatment.

In addition to her clinical work, Felicidad has held multiple leadership roles in the social work field, including Executive Director of the North Metro Family Advocacy Center and School Social Worker for Adams 12 Five Star Schools. She became involved in professional leadership as Board President for the National Association of Social Workers, Colorado Chapter, and has extensive experience in clinical supervision, program development, and nonprofit management. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating trauma-informed, supportive environments for children, families, and the professionals who serve them.

Felicidad holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit and Organizational Management from Regis University and is completing her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado and a certified addictions counselor. Driven by her name Felicidad, meaning “happiness” she approaches adversity with resilience and a steadfast commitment to advocacy, ensuring every client feels heard, safe, and empowered to thrive.
