Farimang Touray Jr., DPT
Dr. Farimang Touray Jr is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, podcast host, and founder of The Next Level Blueprint. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for empowering others, he specializes in outpatient orthopedics, athletic development, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Dr. Touray combines evidence-based physical therapy practices with a client-centered approach to help individuals achieve optimal health, performance, and recovery.
He began his academic journey at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and participating in the UAF Honors Program. He then earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, where he developed expertise in rehabilitation, strength training, and performance optimization. He is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), reflecting his commitment to comprehensive, high-quality care.
Dr. Touray currently practices at Monarch Athletic Clubs in Brentwood, Los Angeles, where he works in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment integrating physical therapy, strength training, nutrition, and medical care. He is dedicated to continuous professional growth and innovation, ensuring his clients receive personalized, seamless care. In addition, he mentors aspiring physical therapists through coaching and educational guidance, helping them navigate their professional paths.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Touray co-hosts The Key and Mang Audio Experience, a podcast that explores health, wellness, lifestyle, and personal growth. Through this platform, he inspires and educates listeners, extending his impact beyond the clinic.
