Faez Ayoob, MD, RPVI
Dr. Faez Ayoob is a board-eligible vascular surgeon at District Medical Group (DMG) in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds the credentials MD and RPVI (Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation) and focuses his practice on vascular surgery and vascular ultrasound interpretation. Dr. Ayoob’s educational journey began at Al-Mustansiriyah University College of Medicine in Baghdad, Iraq, where he earned his medical degree. He then completed his internship and residency at Staten Island University Hospital in New York, followed by a fellowship in vascular surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Dr. Ayoob brings multicultural communication skills into his clinical practice.
In his role at DMG, Dr. Ayoob sees patients at the Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center on E. Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, as well as at the Valleywise Health Medical Center nearby. With his solid training in general and vascular surgery, he is equipped to treat patients with a range of vascular conditions—from arterial disease to venous disorders—while offering the added skill of ultrasound interpretation that enhances diagnostic precision.
